Combinatorial Mathematics Based Approach in Assessment of a Professor in Technical Institute

This paper studies the adaption of Combinatorial mathematics based approach to evaluate the performance of a professor in technical institution. The qualitative and quantitative attributes are converted into crisp scores using fuzzy scale. The factors that influence the performance evaluation are assigned with weights to prioritize and the Index score was evaluated using Permanent function.
