Abstract
Image segmentation is a process of grouping image pixels into image regions i.e. regions corresponding to particular characteristics. There are many methods developed for image segmentation. This paper presents one of the graph based method of image segmentation to partition an image depending on global criterion. Proposed paper implements normalized cut algorithm and compares it with graph based image segmentation..
