In recent years, cloud computing has evolved as a much efficient, proactive and widely accepted technology. Mostly virtualization techniques are used to serve the requests from the clients. This problem is overcome by the auto-scaling mechanism of Virtual Machines. Basic auto-scaling mechanisms are naïve as they only check for individual VM healths. Here I come up with a survey of variety of auto-scaling mechanisms and comparing them.
